STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE


  1. 1. No Refund Policy
  2. All products purchased from Vollend are non-refundable. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances, except where required under applicable Indian consumer protection laws.

  3. 2. Exchange Policy (7 Days Only)
  4. Products are eligible for exchange only within 7 days from the date of invoice.
  5. Requests made after 7 days from the invoice date will not be accepted.

  6. 3. Conditions for Exchange

  7. To be eligible for exchange:

    • The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

    • All original tags, packaging, and invoice must be provided.

    • The product must not have any stains, odors, damage, or alterations.

    8. Vollend reserves the right to inspect the item before approving the exchange.

    4. Exchange Process

    • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

    • If the requested size or product is unavailable, a store credit may be issued (valid for 3 Months).

    • Exchange shipping charges, if any, will be borne by the customer unless the product delivered was defective or incorrect.

    9. 5. Defective or Incorrect Items

    If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item:

    • You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

    • Clear images and proof of issue must be provided.

    • Once verified, Vollend will offer a replacement or exchange at no additional cost.

    10. 6. Non-Exchangeable Items

    The following items are not eligible for exchange:

    • Sale or clearance products

    • Customized or altered products

  • 7. Compliance with Indian Law

    • By completing a purchase with Vollend, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, including our Exchange Policy and No Refund Policy.

    • Completion of payment and generation of an invoice shall constitute full acceptance of these Terms.

    2. 8. Compliance with Indian Law

    This policy is governed by the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 (India). Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights under applicable Indian laws.
